This data cannot be associated directly with specific individuals. This data will not be aggregated with other data sources. We may review this data at a later date if there are concrete grounds to believe illegal use may have occurred. This data, like all data associated with this website, is stored with our hosting provider HEIROSOFT INTERNET SERVICE GmbH, Alpenblickstrasse 20, 8853 Lachen, Switzerland.
This site uses SSL encryption to ensure security and secure data transmission for confidential content – such as enquiries that you send to us as the site operator. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the “https://” (instead of “http://”) and padlock symbol in your browser’s address bar. When SSL encryption is active, the data that you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.
If you send us an enquiry using our contact form, we will store your data from the contact form – i.e., the data you input, plus your IP address – for the purpose of processing your enquiry and in case of any follow-up questions. We do not pass these details to other parties without your consent.
We have activated the IP anonymisation function on this website. This means that your IP address will be truncated by Google within states that are member states of the European Union or the European Economic Area before being transmitted to the USA. In a few exceptional cases, the untruncated IP address may be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and truncated there. Google processes your data on behalf of the operator of this website to evaluate your activity on the website, compile reports about website activity and provide the website operator with other services associated with website and internet usage. The IP address communicated by your browser through Google Analytics will not be combined with other Google data.
You can prevent cookies from being stored on your device through the appropriate browser settings. However, if you disable cookies, you will not be able to make full use of the functionality on our website. You can also prevent Google recording or processing the data about your use of the website provided in the cookies (including your IP address) by downloading and installing Google’s opt-out browser plugin from https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=en.
You can find more information about how Google Analytics manages user data in Google’s data safeguarding policy.
Contract data processing
We have a contract data processing agreement with Google and implement in full the strict requirements of the data protection authorities regarding the use of Google Analytics.
Google Analytics “Demographics” tool
This website uses the Google Analytics “Demographics” functionality. This tool may be used to compile reports that include statements about the age, gender and interests of the website users. This data originates from Google’s interest-based advertising and third-party user data. It is not possible to associate this data with any specific individual. You can deactivate this function at any time via the ad settings in your Google account or entirely prevent Google Analytics from recording your data.
This website uses Google Fonts. As far as we are aware, no personal data is stored by Google through the use of Google Fonts. However, for technical reasons, your IP address must be transmitted to Google so that the fonts can be sent to your browser.
You can find more information from Google about Google Fonts here
